Recent Headlines

Red Bull and HYROX team up for first ever “Red Bull HYROX Coaches Camp“. An exclusive three-day event at Silverstone Race Circuit and Red Bull Racing, which 60 global coaches were selected to attend. It featured lectures from HYROX365 professionals, immersive workshops, HYROX performance testing workouts, and an F1/HYROX inspired race called the “Red Bull Pit Race” to cap it all off.

  • Red Bull is making a big push into fitness and it really just started this year, with this event being one of their first flagship experiences. Fitness being a real priority for a company like Red Bull is a big signal and extremely exciting - because nobody does experiences like Red Bull. They know how to push boundaries and create moments people talk about for years. This camp was a perfect example - part community celebration, part training & education, and part pure fun & excitement - from F1 tours to the Pit Race where coaches pulled actual F1 cars. That mix of world-class production, creativity, and authenticity is what sets Red Bull apart, and the fitness world could use a lot more of it.

SHA Mexico launches personalized peptide treatments. A program for guests where they'll do a comprehensive medical consultation and then get a personalized peptide protocol. For support across cell repair, hormone optimization, immune health, and cognitive longevity.

  • Peptides are having a moment. They used to be this taboo, behind the scenes things, but the general sentiment is shifting. More people are openly curious, and a lot are already using them. Largely driven from brands that are shining a light on space like SHA Wellness, The Enhanced Games, Superpower, and more. My general take is that if it’s done in a controlled, personalized way, like what SHA is offering here, there’s no reason to shy away. If a safe, medically guided peptide protocol can help you genuinely live a healthier and more enjoyable life, why wouldn’t you explore it? The risk is when people chase quick fixes or use them in an unregulated way.

Noom launches Microdose GLP-1 Program. Providing an efficient dose that’s much smaller compared to standard GLP‑1 plans. It’s specially formulated to be easy on your body and go hard on your weight-loss goals.

  • I think this is a smart move. GLP-1s have been life changing for some people, but they’re expensive, can have tough side effects, and let’s be honest - sometimes get used by people who don’t really need them. I’m not firmly in the “all in“ or “all out“ camp on GLP-1s, but I do think it is a case by case thing. What excites me about Noom’s microdose approach is that is gives people a middle ground. Cheaper, gentler on the body, and still effective for those who need support without going all-in on a full dose. Same way I feel about peptides - if it’s safe, done in a controlled way, and actually helps you live healthier, I’m all for it.

Healf launches inaugural wellness event in London. Called the “Healf Experience”, it’s a three-day gathering combining minds, brands, and experiences for an immersive event. Featuring panel discussions, keynote talks, live demonstrations, sensory activities, brand activations, and more.

  • Love seeing more events like this pop up. I’ve mentioned this recently (in AO 059 with The Assembly), but the wellness industry is moving fast, and we need gatherings that actually match that momentum. Not just trade show floors with booths and pamphlets. These immersive, inspiring experiences are what get people excited and push the space forward. Really like this from Healf.

Bandit Running Unsponsored athlete’s qualify for World Championships. Four of Bandit’s 50+ Unsponsored athletes have officially qualified for the 2025 World Athletics Championship in Tokyo, taking place this September. Including Allie Jones, Marc Minichello, Matt Ludwig, and Chris Robinson.

  • Mentioned this last week in AO 063, but wanted to come back to it to congratulate Bandit Running and the athletes that qualified for the World Championships. Really cool to see the success of the Unsponsored Project year after year. Bandit has put together a great program here and I hope it continues for years to come.
